Post-construction cleaning is its own category entirely. Drywall dust gets into everything, —and we mean everything! Vents, cabinet interiors, window tracks, light fixtures, corners you didn't even know existed. It settles and then resettles the moment you disturb it, which means you need the right approach in the right order to actually clear it rather than just move it around.
Then there's the construction residue: adhesive, paint overspray, grout haze, caulk smears, sticker residue on new appliances and fixtures.
Each one requires a different technique and the right products to remove cleanly without damaging the brand-new surfaces underneath.
This is work we've done from the very beginning. We know the process, we have the right supplies, and we even ask you to rate your dust levels on a scale of 1 to 5 before we arrive, because heavy construction dust and light surface dust are two completely different jobs, and we treat them that way.
Post-Construction Cleans start at $250/ea
Your final quote depends on the property type, square footage, the type and extent of construction work done, current dust and debris levels, and your timeline.

Getting started
Request a quote
Tell us about the property: the type of space, whether it's currently occupied, and what work has been done. You'll also describe the current condition of the space (dust levels, paint splatter, debris, etc.) and share your target date as well as any deadlines like move-in, inspection, or listing photos.
Photos and videos of the space are required; the more we can see, the more accurate your quote will be. It takes about 5 minutes to fill out and means no surprises on either end.

Get a detailed proposal
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll send an estimate including scope, checklist, timeline, and cost. All spelled out clearly before we ever set foot on the property.

Your team arrives on schedule, works through every room on the checklist, and does a final walkthrough before signing off. Yari follows up personally to confirm everything met your standards.
